Rules, fines & sanctions
Penalties keep the association fair for every member. They cover tardiness, unjustified absences, irregular contributions, and conduct that breaches the bylaws.

Warning letter
Misconduct may result in
- Oral or written warning
- Reprimand
- Temporary or permanent exclusion
The first two sanctions are issued by the Executive Board. Exclusion is reserved for the EB and approved by the Disciplinary Board. The final decision rests with the EB, which informs the General Assembly.
Loss of membership
Membership is lost by resignation, expulsion, removal, or death.
Resignation
Free, voluntary, motivated. Send a letter to the Executive Board; legal and financial obligations must first be settled.
Expulsion
For failure to attend meetings, non-payment of contributions for 4 months, deliberate delay in a mission, or refusal to comply with the rules.
Removal
For serious reasons.
Death and/or bankruptcy
Membership ends automatically.
A resigning, excluded, struck-off or deceased member cannot claim recovery of paid contributions.
