Board of Governors
The Board of Governors ensures ASTO-VMDC stays in compliance with applicable regulatory laws and oversees the work of the Executive Board.

The Executive Board
The Executive Board meets at least once every two months and is responsible for:
- Reviewing membership applications
- Representing the association
- Setting meeting dates, times, places and agendas
- Ensuring recovery of debts
- Collaborating with partners
- Examining benefit requests
- Organizing recreational activities
